Anna Molineux
Anna Molineux is the creative force behind ‘Magical Masquerade’ who paint their way through hundreds of events, parties and individual commissions each year.
As Director of Magical Masquerade Face Painting and Entertainment, Anna is the first point of contact and will work to make your event magical. Happiest with a paint brush in her hand or her creative event organizing hat on, Anna is an exhibiting award winning artist and loves nothing more than expressing her creativity in a variety of ways.
Anna is also Director of ‘Young at Art‘, a successful art school providing after-school and holiday art and craft workshops for children aged 5-16 years in the Franklin area.
“I have always had a strong passion for the arts, particularly art and design, and consider myself extremely lucky to be able to combine all these elements through Magical Masquerade & Young at Art,” says Anna.
Anna has multitudes of event and project management experience in various creative ventures including most notable is ‘The Pink Ribbon Calendar 2013’ for the Breast Cancer Foundation, featuring 12 inspirational body paintings on breast cancer sufferers and survivors. As one half of the inspiration behind the calendar and Art Director for the project, Anna and her team successfully raised $100,000 through calendar sales to help The Breast Cancer Foundation with research into the disease. In addition, Anna was able to share the calendar ‘works of art’ with a wider audience through her nationwide exhibition tour of life size canvases.
We’re passionate about taking art out into the community and Anna was able to realise this ambition through the inception of the Franklin Children’s Arts Festival. As the main event organiser, Anna leads a talented team to provide free access to the arts for children and youth within the Franklin area and further afield.
